Genesis Creations is a family owned and operated business incorporated in March of 2006. We specialize in environmental modifications (E-mods), creating the most accessible living and work space in the home or office. Our specialties include custom ramps and platforms, fully accessible bathrooms with a true barrier free floor, door widening, grab bars and any other form of adaptation need. We are also current on the hi tech trends of home monitoring devices and other forms of senior protection as a Certified Grand Care Dealer.
Genesis Creations is an approved New York State Department of Health Environmental Modification provider for Medicaid in the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and the Nursing Home Transition Diversion (NHTD) waivers as well as a vendor for several municipalities and state and local governments including The Oyster Bay Department of Intergovernmental Affairs. We are members of the International Code Council, and are licensed and insured in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and licensed and bonded in the Five Boroughs of New York.
Our designs and plans have been used by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), The Department of Social Services, The Community Development Corporation of Long Island(CDCLI), United Cerebral Palsy(UCP), FEGS and the New York State Department of Health.
We are on a mission to promote awareness and help to avoid the complications that can occur from an injury that could have been prevented. This leads to safety and security, piece of mind, independence and gives you the ability to maintain a quality of life which you have come to know and deserve.
Our services can be used by Elder care attorneys, Geriatric Care Managers, Home Care Agencies, Discharge Planners or any organization or individual that works with the elderly or people with a disability. We will coordinate with outside agencies to meet the needs of veterans. Through our services, hospital admission and readmissions can be drastically reduced. We believe in taking a proactive approach: act before an injury occurs.

Our presentations are informative and helpful in providing answers to questions for people who don’t know where to turn when in a time of need.
